Welcome to Borneo Geographic online community website. This site is called Borneo Geographic People or sort BGP. It is basically a website that designed to have a social network function almost like facebook. This is more like a place for Bornean or non Bornean people to interact to each other online other than facebook page. It has a status update, create a group, create a forum, upload photos, uploading your own profile picture and even a link page that members can use to add link of any websites for free, it is more like a directories. All user’s profile can be access from the top menu in this page, you got your very own notification if anyone reply your post or status or any activities in your group or forum.
About Borneo Geographic
It is a privately own organization who are publishing articles through online pages and magazine, organizing expedition through out Borneo Island and surrounding countries in the region for the purpose of discovery, educational and the promotion of environmental and historical conservation. Its interest are to increase and diffuse geographic knowledge while promoting the conservation of the Borneo’s cultural, historical, and natural resources.

We are basically welcome to any member who want to contribute their writing into this website. We will have to make a review of your writings before we can give you the contributor access. For a guideline, we expect an article all about Borneo Island, includes Brunei, Kalimantan, Sarawak and Sabah. We also allowed any other article about neighboring region around Borneo which has connection to Borneo in geologically. Wildlife, culture, botany, history, environmental awareness and discovery are most welcome article.
